What people ask first
Do I need an appointment?
Not on a weekday. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Friday, and the line closes 30 minutes before close. Color, perms and Saturdays are best booked.
Can I bring my child for a first haircut?
Yes, we love first haircuts. Book the first haircut on the menu, bring your child and a snack, and a parent stays in the next seat.
How long will my visit take?
A trim takes about half an hour, a cut and blow-dry closer to 45 minutes, and color two hours or more. Every service on the menu shows its time.
Do you cut curly and coily hair?
Yes. Tell us your hair type when you book and we will pair you with a stylist who cuts it often.
What do I bring to my first visit?
A picture of a cut you like, and for color, what has been on your hair. For a little one, a snack and a favorite toy.
How does a deposit work?
Longer services take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. Cuts, trims and bangs do not need one.
What if I need to cancel or run late?
A day's notice is plenty. If you are running late, call or text and we will fit in what the time allows, or rebook.
Do you do a patch test?
Some color and perm products call for one before your first visit, following the maker's directions. We tell you when you book.
Can a friend or grandparent wait with me?
Yes. Friends and family can wait on the couch, and there is room for a stroller or a walker.
How much will it cost?
It depends on length, time, products and your stylist's level. The booking page shows the price before you confirm, and How pricing works explains it.
