How pricing works
Prices are set by your stylist's level and the time a service takes. The booking page shows the price before you confirm.
Length, thickness and the time a service takes set the price, along with the products used and your stylist's level. A child's cut and a grown-up's trim are priced by the time they take.

What the consultation covers
Color and perms start with a short talk about your hair history and what you would like, and a patch test where the maker calls for one. We tell you the time and the price before we begin. Cuts need no consultation beyond the chair.
The longer services (perms, all-over color, highlights and special-occasion styles) take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. Cuts, trims and bangs do not need one.
Canceling or running late
A day's notice lets us offer your time to someone else. If you cannot give it, call anyway. A late change to a service with a deposit may keep the deposit with the salon.
Each stylist is listed as senior or stylist on the booking page, and the price follows the level. You see each stylist's price before you choose.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A gloss, a conditioning step or a beard tidy adds time and a little to the price. We say so before we start, and tell you if a change on the day, like a bigger cut, changes the time.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one at the desk or when you pay, and it goes to the stylist who did your hair.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards come in any amount, at the desk or online, for a birthday, a first haircut or a grandparent.
