Your first visit

New to us? Here is how it goes, from booking to the next time.

Step 1: Book your visit
Book online or call us. Say who the visit is for and whether anyone else is coming, and we will line up the chairs. Color and perms start with a consultation.

Step 2: What to bring
A picture of a cut you like, if you have one. For color, tell us what has been on your hair. For a child, a favorite small toy or a snack for the couch.

Step 3: When you arrive
Park behind the building and come in through the back door, which has no step. Check in at the desk and wait on the couch. Arriving ten minutes early helps for a first visit.

Step 4: What to expect
Your stylist asks what you want, then shampoos, cuts and finishes while you check the shape in the mirror. A cut takes about half an hour; color takes longer, and we say how long before we begin.

Step 5: Afterward
We show you how to style it at home, and book your next visit before you leave if you would like. Tell us within a week if something is not right.

Room for the whole family

One long row of chairs, a couch by the window and a booster seat for every chair.

We keep the aisles wide so strollers and walkers fit, and the couch is for anyone waiting, whether for a child, a parent or a color to set.
